Nashville Personal Injury Trial Jury Verdicts for January 2012

 

There were only four personal injury jury trials in Nashville (Davidson County) Tennessee in January 2012.

One of the cases was a medical malpractice (health care liability) case. The case resulted in verdict the defendant health care provider.

Another jury trial was a malicious prosecution case. Once again, a jury verdict for the defense was entered.

Two of the personal injury trials involved motor vehicle accident cases. In one case the jury awarded $7716. In another case the jury awarded $143,152.

It is imposssible to tell whether the jury verdicts in these two cases were appropriate or were too high or low. The value of any case depends on lots of factors and the information about these cases is not readily available.
